W.I.P. (Medusa) somewhere in between

well, this is my first beauty... in digital art, and my first "serious" work with the wacom intuos 5 tablet i bought with such pain... (i love it)

however i'm really confused which one to decide working on..

and i fail on doing the hair and snakes... any suggestions/ideas will be much appreciated..
